Minimum Order Fee:

All orders under $50.00 will incur a $3.00 additional handling/shipping charge.

GuidosItalianDeli.com does not ship Internationally. GuidosItalianDeli.com ships all products via trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx and DHL). Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday except Holidays. In the unfortunate event an item is unavailable or on backorder you will be notified within 24 business hours. We ship to APO/FPO please select UPS ground for method and your item

GuidosItalianDeli.com will accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Please click on the Support tab for information on obtaining an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns and/or exchanges
  3. All items returned for credit must be in new condition and accompanied by all original components, manuals, packaging and packing materials, otherwise GuidosItalianDeli.com will either reject the return or deduct the cost of the missing pieces from the refund amount.
  4. *New non-defective hardware may be returned within 15 day’s from invoice date and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If a product has been opened or the product has been used, it cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Over 15 day’s No returns to GuidosItalianDeli.com. Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products will be replaced by same or like product (if the product is unavailable) and shipped to you at our cost. You will be responsible for return freight of the bad mechandise (Original Manufacturers Warranties may still apply).
  5. Custom configured systems may not be returned.
  6. Special order items are non-refundable.
  7. No returns or refunds for CPU’s, Software, Media, Toner or Ink .
  8. N.T.F. (No Trouble Found)- If any product returned for the service is determined N.T.F. (No Trouble Found) by GuidosItalianDeli.com or the manufacturer, the customer may be assessed the return freight and service charge on the product.
  9. GuidosItalianDeli.com passes on to Customer all applicable manufacturer’s warranties. Furthermore, complete custom systems carry standard 1-year parts and labor limited warranty. Some of our complete systems carry an on-site service agreement. To obtain this service, call GuidosItalianDeli.com Technical Support Department at (480) 922-8589.
  10. Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to GuidosItalianDeli.com. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
  • Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for credit.
  • In the event merchandise is returned for credit, the approved credit will be applied to the original Invoice (Return freight not included).
  • *Due to Manufacturers Policies All Firewall Products and some Electronics cannot be returned for credit or refund. Please call the manufacturer for assistance.
  • ** Items deemed (refurbished) carry a DOA replacement warranty only and then 30 days Depo Repair unless manufacturers warranty applies No credit shall be given on these items.

The following applies to NET Terms Customers: Customer agrees to make payment in full to GuidosItalianDeli.com for all amounts due according to GuidosItalianDeli.com invoice(s). Customer also agrees to pay to GuidosItalianDeli.com, as interest, an amount equal to 1.5% per month, or the maximum provided by law (whichever is less) for invoice amounts that are past due. Should customer default in any such payment(s), GuidosItalianDeli.com shall have the right, without notice to Customer, to declare all invoice amounts due and payable. In the event GuidosItalianDeli.com should commence any action(s), or otherwise seek to enforce this agreement against Customer or any Guarantor, Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney(s) fees, collection fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by GuidosItalianDeli.com, whether or not suit is filed. A $30 returned check fee is charged to Customer and credit privileges are suspended if a check is returned. Customers will provide a signed hard copy purchase order to GuidosItalianDeli.com when placing an order. This agreement is not transferable or assignable without the prior written consent of GuidosItalianDeli.com. This agreement shall become effective upon acceptance of the PO by GuidosItalianDeli.com.
